Naan Bruschetta with Tomatoes & Kalamata Olives

Bruschetta is probably the easiest appetizer there is to throw together at the last minute and also to make for a crowd.  A variety of breads can be used and toasted naan bread is a good alternative to the traditional  french or italian.  The best bruschetta uses garden ripe tomatoes which require just a pinch of salt and olive oil to bring out flavor.

Since I had garlic butter on hand, I brushed that on the grilled naan and topped it with a mixture of tomatoes, kalamata olives, fresh basil, olive oil and salt and pepper.  Fresh parmesan was sprinkled over top.
