MVC Indoor Track & Field - Cedar Falls, Iowa

We traveled to Cedar Falls, Iowa this weekend for the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship at University of Northern Iowa.  It was really, really good to see Alex for the first time since Christmas.  He competed for two days in the Pentathalon with 60 meter run, long jump, high jump, shot put, pole vault, hurdles and 1000 meter run along with the open pole vault.  It's unbelievable how commited he and his teamates are to this sport and each other.
