Torta Xocolata

Since I'm all about desserts, the finish for my Mexican themed dinner had to be delicious and elegant.  I first made this flourless chocolate torte years ago and it's become a favorite.  There are unlimited ways of dressing it up - whipped cream, various fruits, sauces and garnishes. Cocoa dusted on top and served with a Caramel-Lime Sauce and raspberries was all this dessert needed.
